Post-Reboot Optimization Todo
This list contains high-performance tuning tasks for the Arrow Lake / Xanmod / SRIOV setup.
1. Kernel & CPU Tuning
- [x] Xanmod v3/v4 Verification: Confirmed Arrow Lake (v3) x64v3-xanmod1 running with AVX-VNNI support.
- [ ] Ananicy-cpp: (MISSING FROM REPO) Need to find custom PPA or build from source.
- [ ] IRQ Balance: Fine-tune IRQ affinity to keep hardware interrupts off the VM's P-cores (0-3).
2. Virtualization Deep-Dive
- [x] KVM Hugepages: Hugepages enabled in XML and system-wide via max-performance.service.
- [x] Enlightenments: All Hyper-V enlightenments verified active in recovered_vm.xml.
3. Filesystem & I/O
- [x] Btrfs Optimization: Applied via
/etc/fstab(commit=60,compress=zstd:1). Verified via remount. - [x] VirtIO-SCSI Threading: Dedicated host IOThread (Core 4) added to VM config.
4. Security Audit
- [x] VF Watcher: “Bright Red” HUD alert active in conky and security_audit.sh.
